The Nation’s Experience Capital
To coincide with its 50th anniversary, the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) appointed LMC to rebrand the organisation in line with a new positioning as the Nation’s Experience Capital - celebrating the shared, unforgettable moments it creates for millions of visitors each year. Once known primarily for its exhibition halls, the NEC has evolved into a multi-venue operator hosting exhibitions, conferences, arena tours, sporting events and immersive experiences.
Now positioned as the Nation’s Experience Capital, the brand brings together the NEC Campus, bp pulse LIVE, the Vox, Utilita Arena Birmingham and ICC Birmingham under a single, consumer-facing identity centred on live experiences. Each of the five iconic venues has been assigned its own distinctive colour, helping visitors easily distinguish events across the collective.
